Thank you for your interest in joining St. Francis Home for the 3rd annual Terry Leatherman Memorial Golf Outing.  St Francis Home is a hospice home with 3 private bedrooms for our residents.  We look forward to this day each year as it provides friends and families of St Francis Home current and past residents an opportunity to come together and remember the over 100 residents we have had the honor to care for at the end of life their life's journey.  We also have a lot of fun with the many golf participants and would like to thank them for their support as this is a significant fundraiser for us.  St Francis Home does not charge residents for our services.  We rely solely on donations, grants and fundraising to maintain the home.  We do not bill and do not receive any funding from any private or government insurance providers.  Thank you for any support you can provide us to allow us to continue this much needed community service.
