Enjoy a day on the course and help us help those in need. On Friday May 12, 2023, the Community Free Dental Clinic (CFDC) will host its’ Fifth Annual Golf
Tournament in Honor of Colonel William (Bill) Stirling. In the past these charity golf tournaments have
been great success as fundraisers and have helped us to fund our annual
operating expenses. Unfortunately, our country’s economic problems now render
our 2023 Tournament doubly important. The CFDC Charity Golf Tournament is vital
to funding our mission which as a nonprofit under the IRS is to provide quality
dental care and education to the adult uninsured population of Madison County.
We serve the 46,000 residents of Madison County who are at or below poverty
level, the homeless Veterans, the Elderly, the Disabled, the working poor and
those suffering from chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Please help us to complete our mission and at
the same time have fun by playing in our tournament. 100 % of what is raised by the Tournament minus the Tournament's expense will go to funding the operational expenses of the Community Free Dental Clinic.
